Custom software

Useful tools built around the way your business works.

We simplify repeated work, connect scattered information and build custom tools where off-the-shelf software falls short.

The goal is not “more AI.” It is a dependable workflow your team understands, controls and can actually use.

From the operational problem to a working tool.

Workflow review

We map the work, information and decisions involved, then identify where a tool can create real value.

Prototype

A focused model of the core workflow lets the team test the idea before committing to a full build.

Custom build

Dashboards, internal tools, automations or AI-assisted workflows designed for the people using them.

Integration and support

Connections to agreed systems, testing, permissions, documentation and a clear plan for ongoing support.

Start with the work—not the technology.

  1. Map the workflow

We learn how the work happens now, where time is lost and which decisions must stay with people.

  2. Choose the first outcome

We define a small, valuable first version with clear boundaries, inputs and measures of success.

  3. Prototype and test

We make the workflow tangible early and refine it with the people who will use it.

  4. Build and support

We implement, connect and test the tool, then document it and help the team adopt it.

Typical deliverables

  • Workflow and opportunity map
  • Prioritised product scope
  • Working prototype
  • Custom dashboard or internal tool
  • Agreed integrations and automation
  • Testing, documentation and handover

What we delivered

Edgar Watch

An internal dashboard that collects and organises climate updates from multiple sources. Edgar Watch helps the team create content and outreach faster without doing the same research manually.

Pricing & Proposals tool for Architects

The problem
Pricing and preparing each proposal took around four hours.

The response
The tool uses past proposals to suggest a price. The team can adjust it and generate the PDF in one place.

Place

The problem
We were wasting time jumping between tools for tasks, ideas, planning and weekly follow-ups. The alternatives were expensive, overcomplicated and still did not fit the way we work.

The response
So we built WUSA Place for ourselves: one simple card system for tasks, roadmaps, brainstorms, calendar planning and weekly catch-ups, all in one place.

Practical questions

Does every workflow need AI?

No. A conventional automation or a simpler connection between systems may be enough. We choose the approach around the work and keep important decisions under human control.

Can you connect the tools we already use?

We review available APIs, permissions and data requirements first. The plan specifies which integrations are feasible and agreed; a prototype can test the most uncertain connection before a full build.

How is the scope and price agreed?

We start with the business need, existing materials and technical constraints. The plan sets out the deliverables, priorities, timing and cost before you decide to proceed. Changes to that scope should be discussed before additional work begins.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the agreed scope, content readiness, integrations and feedback. We set a schedule for the actual project rather than promising the same delivery time for every business.

What happens after handover?

The agreed files, access and documentation are included in the handover. Hosting, maintenance, updates and further support should be defined in the project plan, so ownership and ongoing responsibilities are clear.
